I bought these knives over a month ago and I have nothing but good things to say. First of all, I just remodeled my kitchen and they go so well with it. It’s my first set of high-quality knives, and I am completely in love with them. They cut through everything like butter. Onions, lemons, jalapeños, potatoes, anything that has giving me a hard time in the past has not giving me any trouble with these knives. One thing I do I have to warn people about is please be careful when washing them, because if they touch you, you will get cut I promise that’s how sharp they are. I would definitely advise anyone who is unsure if they want cheap knives with good reviews or high-quality knives like these. To go for these. It’s worth every penny. I’ve bought so many cheap knives that to my add up over time.I had a $400.00 budget to get a new knife set. I wanted something that was very sharp, with stronger metal to retain an edge, as opposed to other knife sets I've had in the past that would dull quickly (I'm looking at you Cuisinart, and Faberware....). This makes my food prep for home cooking so easy now. They feel really solid, have a bit of heft to them, and the Damascus process really makes these knives look sweet. For $300.00 you can't go wrong with these.I had bought these for my dad for a late fathers day gift (arived fine I just ordered late) and he loves them. There the special knives in the house, they work well and stay sharp, like all knifes they do rust if you leave them in the sink or throw them in the dishwasher but if you hand clean and air dry they stay looking clean. I only had one form a tiny spot of rust on the smaller knife. This was mostly our fault leaving it in the sink soaked in water.You may be wondering if it's worth spending $300 dollars on this set. I can honestly say that it is. I've had SO MANY knife sets in my 50+ years that have been less expensive and only usable for a short while even after having them sharpened. I decided it was time to spend the money. I'm happy I did. This is a spectacular set. The knives are unbelievably sharp with comfortable handles to grasp. It comes with shears and a fork as you can see. It's attractive to boot! I can't say enough good about it!This product is really good to use and easy to hold !Sharpest knives we have owned!
